Acknowledge Alliance serves K-12 schools in the San Francisco Bay Area, integrating resilience into all levels of learning by: mentoring educators, counseling at-risk youth and teaching social emotional learning lessons for the whole classroom.
Provides 1x1 case management services (by the Life Moves staff) to students (and their families) who would benefit from:
support securing stable housing
support accessing mental &/or physical health services
support engaging and succeeding in school
support accessing county and/or other community services
support with budgeting and financial literacy

Pride Center is the first ever LGBTQ+ community center in San Mateo County. Whether seeking behavioral health services or gathering in solidarity with others to share stories, build relationships, learn, grow, create, and heal together.

Outlet empowers Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning (LGBTQQ+) youth and builds safe and accepting communities through support, education, and advocacy. Outlet is youth-centered, respecting all individuals and honoring their differences. Outlet program staff provide a safe environment that is confidential, inclusive, and non-judgmental.
Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) @ Sequoia
Student-run organizations that unite LGBTQ+ and allied youth to build community and organize around issues impacting them in their schools and communities. GSA club will start up soon, but students can email the Sequoia GSA Board members at firstname.lastname@example.org.
